If you don’t like talking about branding and marketing, don’t sit next to Cheryl at dinner. After more than 20 years of experience in every aspect of communications - including journalism, PR, advertising, direct marketing, digital marketing and branding there is always something new to learn and talk about.
Cheryl’s career has been divided between big cities (LA, SF) and Portland, where she has lived since 1991. She’s worked at big agencies, small agencies and her own agency – Elvis & Bonaparte, which was named a “Top 20 Creative Shop” by Ad Age.
With her particular love of branding, Cheryl has enjoyed working on some of the world’s largest brands (Intel, Sony) as well as numerous start-up, non-profit and government brands. Her work has tended to cluster around healthcare, technology and sustainability.
