Kimberly has more than 19 years of professional experience in leadership roles helping to grow organizations and people in various industries, including communications and media, education,financial services, health care, manufacturing, sustainability, tourism, and technology. For the past 10 years, Kimberly has served as President and CEO of management consulting company Fortuna Group, whose focus is inspiring next-level growth for organizations with a triple bottom line focus on people, planet and profits.
During her time as interim Chief Operating Officer for a national health nonprofit and Chief Operating Officer of a strategic communications company, both award-winning organizations were successful in virtually doubling their key metrics on an annual basis. Kimberly also worked in public affairs and development at a large, state university as capital campaign director of a $250 million campaign.
Previously, Kimberly managed national volunteer networks and special events, and edited and published magazines, winning recognition from peer and professional associations in each category.
Kimberly has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and an MBA from the Columbia University Business School in New York. She completed her BS degree in journalism with an emphasis in business at the University of Oregon in just three years.
